We want every piece to be lived with, not lived with reluctantly. If your order isn't right, Exchange it within 2 days of delivery.
What we accept
- Unworn pieces in their original condition, with all tags attached and original dustbag / shoe-bag.
- Footwear: tried on indoors only, on soft surfaces. Outdoor wear voids the return.
- Made-to-measure, monogrammed, and final-sale pieces are not eligible.
How it works
- Write to [email protected] with your order number within 2 days.
- We email a pre-paid Exchange label (domestic) or instructions (international).
- Repack the piece exactly as it arrived, drop it at any TCS / Leopard / DHL counter.
- Once inspected at the studio (usually 3 working days from receipt), we Exchange to the original method or — at your request — issue a store credit at 110% of the value.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are processed as a return + new order, so the new piece is reserved the moment you ask. We waive the second shipping fee.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace , no questions, no shipping cost to you.
